I do wonder if it would be possible to create future “innovation corridors” where universities and private businesses collaborate more closely through the adoption of ISAs (as opposed to student loans).
When combined with hefty government funding into these corridors, we could nurture startups and new ideas with greater vigor.
I love the “triple helix” model of innovation.
